How can I change/cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us at info@theyellowhanger.com or call us at +91 99717 39896 .

Please be advised that some orders are shipped almost immediately and it may not always be possible to cancel.

How can I check the status of my order?

After placing an order, you can view your order status by clicking on the ‘My Account’ link at the top-right corner of every page. From there, you will be able to view information about your order with ease.

Why is my order still processing?

This may be due to a time lag between systems. Your order will be on its way in the time-frame promised. If however you would still like to check with us, please feel free to email us at info@theyellowhanger.com or call us at +91 99717 39896.

RETURNS

How do I know if an item is eligible for return?

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of the package being delivered. However, they are returnable only if unused, in the state you received it, and in the original packaging. Gift vouchers and codes cannot be returned or exchanged. Please write to us at info@theyellowhanger.com, and state the reason of your return in the subject line of the email.

Will my money be refunded or will I get a credit voucher?

In case of returns, we will credit the amount you paid for the products as a voucher code. If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size, damage, wrong product received or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However an exchange is subject to availability of the item in our stock.

Note: In case you have received a damage item or defective piece or the wrong product, you will need to get in touch with us within 24-72 hours of receiving the parcel by sending us an email on info@theyellowhanger.com and we will get in touch with you in 24-48 working hours and arrange a replacement on priority and pick up the products from you.

How can I return a gift I received?

We are very sorry that your gift did not work for you. Please email our Customer Support Team at info@theyellowhanger.com for assistance in returning the item. They will need some information in order to pull up the account that the gift was purchased on. Please provide the first and last names or email address. Any gift item being returned will be refunded to the original purchaser’s by giving store credit or exchanging the gift for you for another item.

What shipping method do we use?

We use a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you as soon as possible.

What do you charge for shipping?

Shipping is free on all orders.

How long until my order ships?

All orders will take upto 15 day for delivery . Each piece is handcrafted for you .

Will all the items in my order be shipped in the same box?

Not necessarily. A single order may ship as multiple shipments in order to ensure that the product is safe and handled with care – and therefore, gets to you in time.

Is it possible to get shipping insurance?

Not to worry, all our product shipments are insured.

PAYMENTS

What payment methods can I use?

We have a number of payment methods. Choose the one that is most convenient for you. The

options are:

1. Online Payment via Credit or Debit. We accept Visa and MasterCard.

Please note that if you have received a notifications that payment is gone through successfully and your order status shows a payment error, please email us on info@theyellowhanger.com and we will get in touch with you 24-48 working hours.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD)

You can make the payment in cash to the delivery agent once the product reaches you.

CASH ON DELIVERY

Do you offer cash on delivery?

We accept cash on delivery for orders shipped to 2650 cities in India. Please enter your pin code to check if your city is on the list.

How does cash on delivery work?

Please select the ‘Cash on Delivery’ option when you are asked for your payment details while checking out. Once you have placed your order with selecting payment method ‘Cash On Delivery’, we follow a simple 3 step process:

Step 1: You will receive an email to inform you that we have received your order and details

Step 2: Our Customer Support team will call you to confirm the same. Please make a note of this so that calls from unfamiliar numbers don’t go unanswered. Once we have spoken with you and confirmed your order, you will receive a final confirmation email as well.

Step 3: If we haven’t been able to get in touch with you for 7 days after you placed the order, the order will be cancelled.
